Mayday Garage in Houston put on their first annual car show called Ricebowl on April 4th 2015.
There were some really nice custom rides present, I shot some basic coverage of some of my favorite cars there. I lean more towards the cars built for actual racing and there were some great examples of that present. Wil Kitchens had his Pikes Peak built supercharged widebody BMW M3 there which is an amazing car. Directly next to him was Yuri Kouznetsov’s Pikes Peak race built Evo. And next to Yuri was Richard Tomlin’s road race built Datsun.
Yuri will not race Pikes Peak in 2015, but is planning for 2016. Here is his run in 2014:
